Pina Colada
3 oz. Rum
3 Tbsp. Coconut Milk
3 Tbsp. Crushed Pineapple
Place in an electric blender with two cups of
crushed ice and blend at high speed for a short time.
Strain into collins glass and serve with a straw.
Margarita
1 1/2 oz. Tequila
1/2 oz. Triple Sec
1 oz. Lemon or Lime Juice
Rub rim of cocktail glass with rind of lemon or lime,
dip rim in salt. Shake ingredients with ice and
strain into the salt-rimmed glass.
Brazil Cocktail
1 1/2 oz. Dry Vermouth
1 1/2 oz. Dry Sherry
1 Dash Bitters
1/4 tsp. Anis
Stir with ice and strain into cocktail glass.
Bolero
1 1/2 oz. Light Rum
3/4 oz. Apple Brandy
1 1/4 tsp. Sweet Vermouth
Stir with cracked ice and strain into cocktail glass.
Valencia Cocktail
1 Tbsp. Orange Juice
1 1/2 oz. Apricote Flavored Brandy
2 Dashes Orange Bitters
Shake with ice strain into cocktail glass.
Fantacio Cocktail
1 tsp. Creme de Menthe (White)
1 tsp. Maraschino
1 oz. Brandy
3/4 oz. Dry Vermouth
Stir with ice and strain into cocktail glass.
La Jolla
1 1/2 oz. Brandy
1 1/2 oz. Creme de Banana
1 tsp. Orange Juice
2 tsp. Lemon Juice
Shake well with ice and strain into cocktail glass.
Mariposa
1 oz. Light Rum
1/2 oz. Brandy
1 tbsp. Orange Juice
1 tbsp. Lemon Juice
1 Dash Grenadine
Shake with ice and strain into cocktail glass.
Cadiz Cocktail
3/4 oz. Dry Sherry
3/4 oz. Black Flavored Brandy
1/2 oz. Triple Sec
1 tbsp. Light Cream
Shake with ice strain into old-fashioned glass over ice cubes.
Spanish Coffee
1 oz. Spanish Brandy
Hot Coffee
Add coffee to Brandy in a mug and top with whip cream.
Sangria
1/4 Cup sugar (or to taste)
1 Cup water
1 thinly sliced orange
1 thinly sliced lime
1 750-ml bottle Red or Rose Wine
6 oz. Sparkling Water
other fruits as desired
(i.e. bananas, strawberry)
Desolve sugar in water in large pitcher. Add fruit and
wine and 12 or more ice cubes. Stir until cold. Add
Sparkling Water. Serve in red-wine glasses, putting
some fruit in each glass.
Tango Cocktail
1 tbsp. Orange Juice
1/2 oz. Dry Vermouth
1/2 oz. Sweet Vermouth
1 oz. Gin
1/2 tsp. Triple Sec
Shake with ice and strain into cocktail glass.
Frozen Matador
1 1/2 oz. Tequila
2 oz. Pineapple Juice
1 tbsp. Lime Juice
Conbine all ingredients with a cup of crushed ice
in an electric blender. Blend at low speed and
pour into an old-fashioned glass. Add a
pineapple stick.
Havana Cocktail
1 1/2 oz. Pineapple Juice
1/2 tsp. Lemon Juice
3/4 oz. Light Rum
Shake with ice and strain into cocktail glass.
San Sebastian Cocktail
1 oz. Gin
1 1/2 tsp. Light Rum
1 tbsp. Grapefruit Juice
1 1/2 tsp. Triple Sec
1 tbsp. Lemon Juice
Shake with ice and strain into cocktail glass.
Santigo Cocktail
1/2 tsp. Powdered Sugar
1/4 tsp. Grenadine
Juice of 1 Lime
1 1/2 oz. Light Rum
Shake with ice and strain into cocktail glass.
Mexican Coffee
1 oz. Coffee Liqueur
1/2 oz. Tequila
5 oz. Very hot black coffee
Whipped Cream
Stir coffee liqueur and Tequila in coffee cup,
add coffee and top with whipped cream.
Americano Cocktail
2 oz. Sweet Vermouth
2 oz. Campari
Pour Sweet Vermouth and Campari into highball glass
over ice cubes. Fill with carbonated water and stir.
Add a twist of lemon peel.
Amaretto Stinger
6 oz. Hot tea
1 1/2 oz. Amaretto
Whipped Cream
Pour hot tea into a stemmed glass, using a spoon in glass
to prevent cracking. Add Amaretto but do not stir. Top
with chilled Whipped Cream.
Polo Cocktail
1 tbsp. Lemon Juice
1 tbsp. Orange Juice
1 oz. Gin
Shake with ice and strain into a cocktail glass.
Red Raider
1 oz. Bourbon
1/2 Triple Sec
1 oz. Lemon Juice
1 Dash Grenadine
Shake with ice and strain into cocktail glass.
Sombrero
1 1/2 oz. Coffee Flavored Brandy
1 oz. Light Cream
Pour Brandy into old fashioned glass over ice cubes.
Float Cream on top.
Daiquiri
Juice of one lime
1 tsp. Powdered Sugar
1 1/2 oz. Light Rum
Shake with ice and strain
into a cocktail glass.
